Ingredients
1.5 boxes tofu
Directions
Cook garlic and scallions in oils for 2 minutes
Add all vegetables except spinach and bean sprouts, 2 minutes
Add spinach and bean sprouts, cook 1 minute covered
Add tofu, hoisin sauce and chili sauce, cook 2-3 minutes covered
Divide into servings, and serve
