Veg Masala Rice

Ingredients
Carrots, cooked, 1 carrot Green Peppers (bell peppers), 0.5 cup, chopped Cabbage, fresh, 1 leaf, medium Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Onions, raw, 2 tbsp chopped *Green Chiles (Whole), 1.13 oz Sunflower Oil, 1 1tsp *White Rice, medium grain, 1 cup *Lemon Juice, 1 fl oz
Directions
Mix all ingredients along with raw rice and cook with 2 cups of water in microwave. Serve hot with Cucumber Curd salad.
