Chicken Cabbage Chow

Sauce:1/2 cup Low Sodium Chicken stock1 tbsp Corn Starch 1/2 cup of prepared crystal light pink lemonade4 tablespoons soya sauce1/4 teaspoon ground pepperNon stick cooking spray2 cooked chicken breasts thinly sliced1 small package broccoli slaw (about 2 cups)1/2 bag tri colour cabbage slawTopping:Green onionSesame seeds
Make sauce:
Heat chicken stock for 30 seconds in microwave add to small bowl and wisk til smooth. Add rest of ck ingredients to sauce and stir.
Spray non stick frying pan with spray and heat. Add chicken,minced garlic, ginger and half the sauce. When warm and bubbling add both slaw and rest of sauce. Stir and cover, cook 2 or 3 min then stir again, cook for 3 more min.
Serve in bowl and top with green onions and sesame sauce.
Want a little kick? Mix soya sauce, rice vinegar, lemonade, ginger and sambal oelek in a cup and heat 30 seconds then pour on stir-fry.
