1 lb. beef for stew1/4 cup whole wheat flour1/2 tsp black pepper1 1/2 cups beef broth1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 bay leaf1 tsp paprika4 carrots, sliced3 potatoes, diced2 onions, chopped3 stalks celery, sliced
Place meat in crock pot. Mix flour and pepper. Pour over meat, stir to coat meat with flour mixture. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low 10 to 12 hours (or on high for 4 to 6 hours). Stir thoroughly before serving.
