Ingredients
1 yellow bell peper 50 grams nonfat milk 1/3 cup black pepper 2 tblssalsa 3 tbspcelery diced 1cup garlic minced 2 cloves mushrooms diced 1 cuponions chopped 1 cup green bell pepper chopped 1cupred ripe tomato diced 1cup quaker oats 1 cupground chicken 16 oz groundturkey 93%fat free 16oz
Directions
heat oven to 350
grab a good size bowl add ingredients git right in their with the hands mix real well
form into loaf or you can form 2 loafs

take a 2qt bakeing dish or 2 bread tins spray with pam
add the loafs
bake 1hr 10 min
