Beef Barley soup

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef1 onion, chopped6 carrots8 stalks of celery1 can organic fire roasted tomatoes1/2 cup kidney beans (dry)1/2 cup white beans (dry)5 beef bullion cubesitalian seasoningpepper1 can organic tomato paste6 ounces pearl barley (about 170 grams)Water
Directions
brown meat and put in crockpot with the other ingredients, except for the barley. Set the crockpot on high, and cook for 5 hours. Put the barley in about 1 hour before the soup is done.

Serving Size: makes 20 bowls of soup
