Mini Pita Breads

Ingredients
2 cups 100% whole wheat flour, organic1/2 Tablespoon Dry Yeast1/2 teaspoon salt0.6 cup warm water
Directions
Warm oven to 500 degrees

Mix all together
Kneed for 5 minutes
Roll into 5 balls, let sit/rise for 30 minutes
Flip the balls and put into oven for 5 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 5 breads, cut in them half
