6 eggs.5 c coconut oil or unsalted butter, melted and cool.5 t apple cider vinegar.5 c coconut flour.5 t baking soda.5 t salt1 T fresh herbs, rosemary,thyme or sage, choppedMix together wet ingredients and then stir in dry ingredients. Drop by spoon onto parchment lined baking sheet or into parchment lined muffin tin.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for 25 minutes or until beginning to brown on top.
