1.5 scoops of chocolate protein powder (or any flavor you'd like)1/2 cup spelt flour1/2 cup oats1 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1/4 cup splenda (can omit this if you don't want it very sweet)1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce2 egg whites2 ripe bananas (mashed)
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray.
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl
Mix wet ingredients together in another bowl.
Add wet to dry, mix and add walnuts and pour into bread pan.
Bake for 30-40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
