Ingredients
1 pound beef stew meat1 1/4 c chopped carrot1 1/4 c chopped onion3/4 c chopped celery5 c water1 tsp parsley flakes1/4 tsp pepper1 tsp sugar2 tbsp. beef boullion powder1/2 cup pearl barley15 oz tomato sauce
Directions
Place all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook low 8-10 hours or high 4-5 hours
