Marinated Venison Steak

Ingredients
1.5 lbs venison steaks3 tbsp vegetable oil1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce1 tbsp lemon juice3 cloves minced garlic1 tbsp worcestershire sauce.5 tsp ground pepper
Directions
place steaks in a large zip lock bag - mix rest of ingredients together and pour over steaks - seal zip lock bag and place in a glass pan making sure that steaks are in a single layer - marinate steaks for a minimum of 4 hours flipping bag over half way through.

Cook steaks to desired temperature (varies from person to person)
