Meatballs:1lb ground beef (97% lean)1 tsp. Italian seasoning1 tsp. garlic powder1 tsp. onion powder1 large egg Sauce:1 can cream of mushroom soup (healthy choice)1/4 cup sour cream (light)1 Tbs worchestershire sauce1 cup of sliced mushrooms
Preheat the oven to 400 F. Mix all ingredients, except for the beef. Add the beef and mix until just combined. Shape into balls (I used a scooper for uniform size) and place in a single layer bake for 15 minutes and drain the excess liquid. Mix together all sauce ingredients to form stroganoff sauce and pour over the meatballs. Return to oven for 15 minutes (or until the meatballs are cooked through-165 F).
