Honey Baked Fillets

Ingredients
1-2 tbls vegetable/ olive oil3 tbls Honey6 fresh fillets.5 cup crushed pecans (optional)
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 450 F. When the oven is hot, add the oil to the baking dish and heat the dish. When hot, remove and plce the fillets in, skin side down. dust with finely crushed pecans it desired. Drizzle with honey over the entire fillet until it runs off into the baking dish. do not try to submerse the fillet with honey.
2. Place the fish in the oven and cook for 10 minutes. Check for doneness.
