Apple-Jogurt-Strudel Microwave Cake

Ingredients
Brown sugar light 7 tbsp Butter, unsalted, 4 tbsp Cinnamon, ground, 2 tsp Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 small Yogurt, plain, low fat, 2 cup (8 fl oz) Maple Syrup, 1.5 tbsp *Flour, white, 1.5 cup Apples, fresh with skin, 1.5 medium Raisins, 0.7 cup (not packed) Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Apple-Mix:
chop the cleaned kernel free apples (with skin) in bite sized pieces and pour with 1 Tbsp brown sugar, raisins and some water in a pot an boil low for app. 10 min, let the water drop off while cooling.
Batter:
mix 2 tbsp butter and 2 tbsp brown sugar until creamy, add eggs, yogurt, syrup and vanilla and beat until well blended, add 1 cup flour, Bakingsoda and some cinnamon, beat until smooth.
Crumble-Topping:
mix 4 tbsp brown sugar, 0.5 cup flour, 2 tbsp butter, some cinnamon and salt together until crumbs form.

pour half of the batter in a microwaveable form, pour the apple-mix on and top with the remaining other half of batter. Sprinkle with crumb topping.
Microwave on high until done (my microwave is about 5 minutes).
