INGREDIENTS1 tablespoon cornstarch1/4 cup soy sauce1/4 cup brown sugar, packed1/2 teaspoon ground ginger1/4 teaspoon garlic powder2 tablespoons honey/agave4 6oz salmon filetsFOR THE CHILI MAYO1/2 cup mayonnaise 2-3 tablespoons Sriracha
In a saucepan add soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger, garlic powder, honey and 1 cup water; bring to a simmer. Stir in cornstarch mixture until thickened. set aside.
In a bowl, combine teriyaki marinade and salmon filets; marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Place marinated salmon fillets in a prepared baking dish and bake until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
Serving Size: makes 2 filets
