2 14.5 oz cans of Black Beans, drained and rinced1 15 oz can of diced Tomatoes1 14.5 oz can of Corn1 bag of Boil-In-Bag Brown Rice, cooked1 each red, yellow and green pepper, diced2 large cloves of garlic2 tablespoons of olive oil2 tablespoons of Cumin Powder2 tablespoons of Chili Powder
Saute the chopped peppers and garlic in the olive oil until they are soft. Add the spices and then the canned goods and the rice. Heat through and serve! This makes about 7 decent size servings.
