1 c Silver Palate Grain Berry Pancake and Waffle Mix1.5 c vanilla soymilk1 T ground flax seeds3 T water1 T vegetable oilearth balance margarine, for the pan
Mix together the ingredients. Heat about half a teaspoon of margarine in a skillet over med-high heat. Once the margarine is hot, ladle about 1/3 c mix into the pan. Flip once the edges look firm, cook for a couple more minutes and remove from the pan. Keep going until the batter is finished.
