Tuna Salad with Apple and Carrots

Ingredients
canned tuna chunks, in water, well drainedlight mayonnaise, about 1/2 cupplain soy yogurt, about 1/4 cupapple, peeled, cored and finely gratedcarrot, peeled and finely grated
Directions
Flake tuna into a bowl. Add mayo, yogurt, apple, and carrot. Mix well. Use for sandwiches, wraps or as a light main dish.
