Carrots, raw, 1 carrot (7-1/2")Celery, raw, 1 stalk, large (11"-12" long)Ginger Root, 1 tsp Avocados, California (Haas), .50 fruit without skin and seeds Cucumber (peeled), .25 large (8-1/4" long) Mott's Apple Juice, 4 oz
Directions
Add all vegetables to blender or food processor. Blend then add apple juice and ice.
