Ingredients
2 lbs 12% lean ground beef3 slices bread1/4 cup milk2 tbsp worcestershire saucegarlic powdersalt and pepper
Directions
Break bread into small pieces and combine with milk, let sit for a few minutes then mix into a paste. combine all ingredients, don't overmix. Shape into 4 ounce patties and cook until done.
