1 1/2 C sweetened shredded coconut1 15 oz can crushed pineapple in natural juice4 med bananas 4 med delicious apples peeled1 jar maraschino cherries halved1 C sugar
empty pineapple into a large bowl
peel bananas and split lengthwise following natural divide
cut bananas into 1/2 slices and mix with pineapple to stop browning
peel apples and cut into 1/2 inch chunks, mix with pineapple mixture to stop browning
drain cherries and cut in half adding to mixture
add 1 C granulated sugar
mix carefully to not break up fruit
cover, refrigerate and let set 24 hours before serving
