Ingredients
2 cans baby clamsabout 6 pieces of fried and crumbles beacon bitsone onion dicedone cup celery sliced thin5 potatoes cubed2 pints of heavy whipping ceam UN sweetenedpepper to tase and paprica as a garnish
Directions
fry up beacon and crumble, in beacon grease saute onions and celery until almost done, add cans of clams with juice...and potatoes, simmer until potatoes are firm but done. add cream and simmer until done , about an hour or so... ad milk if needed to thin... salt and pepper serve with a splash of paprika on top.
