Tropical Coco-Mango Smoothie

Ingredients
Take One Cup of Kefir and Two Oz. of Milk.Add 1 Cup of Frozen Mango, .5 Cup of Frozen Pine-apple, and Three tablespoons of organic coconut (shredded).
Directions
Start with wet ingredients, then fruits.
Blend in a blender until smooth and serve. If you would like it smoother, add more milk. (without milk, it's more the consistency of yogurt).

If fresh fruit is used, add a half-cup of ice otherwise it will be too warm.

You can change the fruits - it's still delicious.
