Lemongrass Coconut Curry Chicken

Ingredients
24 oz Chicken Thighs (can use beef or lamb or prawns, etc)240 gm Asian Meals Malaysian Lemongrass Coconut Curry Sauce (2 packets)1/2 cup Water (can use coconut milk or milk)
Directions
Saute chicken thighs with two packets of Lemongrass Coconut Curry Sauce till partially cooked.

Add 1/2 cup water, stir mixture well and bring to a boil.

Lower flame and simmer for 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked tender and gravy thickens.
