Massaged Kale Salad

Ingredients
1/2 bunch kale chopped1/2 bell pepper (red, yellow or orange)1 roma tomato diced1 avocado1 1/2 tsp olive oil1/2 tsp salt1 Tbs lemon juicesprinkle of ground cumin and garlic powder
Directions
Add avocado, olive oil, salt, lemon juice, cumin and garlic powder to bowl. With your hands massage avocado into kale until the kale begins to look slightly wilted and is fully coated. Add chopped tomato and bell pepper and stir.
