Raw Non-Alcoholic Eggnog (dairy/eggs)

Ingredients
3 C whole raw milk, shaken well (if you can't get raw, organic non-homogenized non-ultra-pasteurized, such as Organic Valley Grassmilk, is preferable; if nothing else, the milk MUST NOT be ultra-pasteurized)1 C raw heavy cream (or non-ultra-pasteurized, preferably organic, if you can't get raw)1/2 C (6 or 7) PASTURED egg yolks - get as much of the white off as you can, because raw egg white binds nutrients6 Tbsp maple syrup, preferably Grade B2 Tbsp pure vanilla extract1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp freshly grated nutmeg, with additional to top each cupgenerous pinch unrefined salt such as Celtic gray sea salt or Redmond's Realsaltoptional: 1/2 - 1 tsp natural rum extract
Directions
Just whisk everything together and chill 1 hour before drinking. I find the blender makes it too foamy, but if you like a lot of foam on top, blend half the ingredients at a time and combine in a pitcher or punch-bowl (or use a stick blender IN the pitcher or punch-bowl).
