Squash or Sweet Potatoes12 cups Baked Butternut Squash or Sweet Potatoes1/2 Cup Sugar (optional- good without)2 eggs1 stick butter (1/2 cup)Back butternut squash in oven. Scoop out from shell and place in bowl. Mix all ingredients together and spread in a greased 9 X 13 pan.Topping:1 Cup Packed brown Sugar1/2 - 3/4 cup flour1/2 stick butter (1/4 cup)Cut together until crumbly. Add Chopped pecans and sprinkle over the top of the squash. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes. Makes about 20 servings.
