Mango-Strawberry Power-Up

Ingredients
¾ cup coconut water½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt1 ¼ cups frozen mango chunks¼ cup frozen strawberries (about 5)2 Tbsp almond meal (ground almonds)1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
Directions
Combine ¾ cup coconut water, ½ cup 2% plain Greek-style yogurt, 1 ¼ cups frozen mango chunks, ¼ cup frozen strawberries (about 5), 2 Tbsp almond meal (ground almonds), & 1 Tbsp fresh lemon juice in high-power blender & puree until smooth. (Makes about 2 ½ cups.) Divide between 2 glasses.
