bran flax muffin

Ingredients
1 1/2 cups white unbleached flour3/4 cups ground flax seed3/4 cups oat bran1/2 cup splenda brown sugar2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt2 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 cups shredded carrots2 peeled & shredded apples1/2 cups raisins1 cup chopped nuts3/4 cups milk (non fat)2 eggs1 tsp vanilla
Directions
mix together first 8 ingredients, then stir in next 4, finally combine last 3 ingredients and mix with above mixture

bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes makes 15 medium muffins
