Tropical smoothie

Ingredients
1 orange1 mango1 c. pineapple, frozen3 bananas, frozen2 tbsp whey protien powder3 tbsp groung flax seed8 oz soft light tofu
Directions
Peel and cut up mango and orange and put in blender. Add remainder of ingredients and blend. Serve and enjoy. Makes about 5 servings
