Glascott Buttermilk Pie

Ingredients
1.5 cup sugar3 eggs, raw1 stick butter.5 cup buttermilk1 TBS cornstarch1 tsp vanilla extract1 uncooked 9" premade pie crust, uncooked
Directions
Cream sugar, butter, blend. beat eggs, add vanilla, cornstarch and buttermilk.

empty into uncooked premade pie crust

cook at 250 till firm, roughly 30 minutes depending on how much pie filling/how large your actual pie crust/dish.

Serving Size: Makes 8 single slices.
