1 egg2 tsp sf Torani vanilla syrup1 oz lf cream cheese� cup golden flax meal� tsp baking powder1-2 Tbls unsweetened cocoa powder1 Tbls Splenda2 tsp heavy cream
In a large coffee mug, mix egg, syrup and softened cream cheese until combined. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add cream until rich and creamy. Scrape down sides and microwave for 1 minute 20 seconds until springy and almost all the way set. Invert and slice into 4 (or 2 for cupcakes). Top with whipped cream, cream cheese or frosting for cupcakes, makes 2 lg. cupcakes.
