Creamy Peppercorn Steak (Seymour)

16 oz. grill steaks1/2 c. Beef broth4 oz. cream cheese2 tbsp. ground peppercorn1 tsp. flour 1/2 tsp. brown sugar2 tbsp. olive oil
Brush steaks with oil, season with salt and pepper. Grill or broil to desired coking temperature.
Meanwhile, in a medium sauce pan add brown sugar, flour, and beef broth. Cook 2-3 min. Or until sauce is thick. Stir in cream cheese and heat until well blended. Stir in peppercorn.
Serve over steak.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings. 4 oz. steak and 1/4 th sauce.
