Cranberry Apple Chicken Curry

Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic, minced1 red onion, minced2 apples, chopped4 tbsp coconut oil2 tbsp Curry1 tsp Cumin1 tsp Cinnamon1 tsp Salt1 tsp Pepper900mL Organic Chicken Stock10 Chicken thighs
Directions
Brown thighes in 1-2 tbsp of coconut oil, remove.
Saute first 3 ingredients in remaining oil.
Add spices.
Add Chicken.
Add Chicken Stock

Simmer for one hour over low heat
