2 cans Goya kidney beans2 cans Goya black beans1 can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes1 stalk celery, 1 green pepper, 1/2 onion1/2 can yellow corn8 oz ground beefminced garlicseasonings of your choice
Brown ground beef (leave out for vegetarian option).
Sautee onion, celery, & green pepper (unless already included in your can of sauce). Add all to tomato sauce in a large pot. Add 2 cans black beans, 2 cans kidney beans, and 1/2 can corn (I rinse all to remove as much sodium as possible before adding to the pot). Season as desired. (I add cayenne to my bowl since I am the only one who likes it spicy.)
Let simmer on low for 1 hour.
Serving Size: makes approximately 8-10 1-cup servings (depending on how many extra veggies you add & the size of your can of sauce)
