Homemade Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal

Ingredients
2 chopped apples, old-fashioned oats, skim milk, unsweetened applesauce, butter, honey, egg white, packed brown sugar, baking powder, ground cinnamon, salt, and cooking spray.
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2. Lightly coat a baking dish with cooking spray
3. In a large bowl, combine oats, baking powder, cinnamon, cut up apples, and salt.
4. In another large bowl, combine milk, brown sugar, butter, egg whites and applesauce.
5. Combine all ingredients
6. Pour into baking dish and bake for 40minutes or until top is golden brown. Serve.
