Kale Smoothie

Ingredients
1/2 cup Kefir1 cup Trader Joe's Almond Milk1 Banana2 large kale leaves (or you can use spinach, it's great!)1 tsp stevia1 cup ice cubes
Directions
I use homemade kefir, but you can use the bottled stuff. And if you don't care for kale, spinach also works very well. It is much lighter in taste. Add everything to the blender and give it a whirl!
