2/3 slice sprouted 12 grams grated broccoli1/2 slice turkey bacon1 large egg1 large egg white1 gram (scant TBPS) Pecorino RomanoDash of hot pepper sauce (optional)
Cut bread into a shape to put in the bottom of an individual casserole.
Slice up bacon and place on top of bread.
Grate broccoli and put that on top.
Whisk egg and egg white. Pour over bread mixture.
Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
