Beer Can Chicken

Ingredients
1 roasting chicken-about 6 lbs.*Spice Supreme Lemon Pepper Seasoning, 3 tsp Dill weed, dried, 3 tsp Paprika, 2 tsp1 can beer of choice (i like to use budweiser)
Directions
Rinse chicken and pat dry. In small bowl mix dill weed and lemon pepper seasoning together. Loosen skin of chicken and rub inside the chicken and under the skin in all areas. Sprinkle paprika loosely over chicken. Wrap chicken with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator until ready to cook for marinating.
Preheat oven on conventional to 325. Slightly open beer can and stand chicken over beer. (Beer should be in cavity) Place chicken in standing position on a baking pan and let the chicken slow cook for 1:15-1:30 minutes until fully cooked. When done let stand for about 10 minutes before cutting chicken.
