sauerkraut balls

Ingredients
Bob Evans Original Sausage Roll1 8oz package cream cheese2 lbs. Sauerkraut, rinsed and drainedItalian Style bread crumbs2 eggs beaten
Directions
Soften cream cheese. Brown sausage and drain. Drain and rinse sauerkraut. cheese, sausage and kraut. Refrigerate for a couple hours. roll into balls, roll balls in flour then beaten egg then breadcrumbs. Fry in canola oil until golden brown. Drain then bake for 15 minutes at 375.
