Ingredients
Directions
24 oz canned chicken, drained1/4 c Hot sauce8 oz 1/3 less fat cream cheese (or neufchatel)1/2 c Light Ranch dressing1 c Shredded 2% cheddar (I use a mix of mild and sharp)
Drain chicken and heat in medium saucepan, breaking up large chunks with spoon
Add hot sauce and stir off and on for about a minute
Add cream cheese and stir until cream cheese is melted and mixed well with chicken
Add ranch and stir well
If you're going to keep it warmed in a crockpot, add 1/2 c shredded cheddar and let cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Scoop the dip into the crockpot, top with the remaining cheese, and keep warm on Low.
If not using a crockpot, add the whole cup of shredded cheddar to the chicken mixture, cook for a few minutes, stirring occasionally until cheese is melted, and serve immediately.
