Whole Wheat Honey Banana Bread

2 cups whole wheat flour2 t baking powder1 t baking soda1/4 t cinammon1/4 t nutmeg1/4 t salt1/3 cup oil3/4 cup mashed bananas1/2 cup water1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)1/2 cup carob chips (optional)1/2 cup honey(nutrition information does not include carob chips)
Stir together dry ingredients. Mash banana and add oil, water and honey. Add to dry ingredients. Bake in greased loaf pan at 325 for 45 minutes or in greased muffin tins for 20-25.
