Grandma Ann's Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk1/4 c cocoa1/4 c margarine (or butter)1 tsp vanilla3 c sugar1/8 tsp salt
Directions
Mix sugar, cocoa, & salt. Add milk.

Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until temperature reaches 240 F (this takes a long time, be patient).

Remove from heat, add margarine & vanilla.

Sit pan in cold water, stirring until candy begins to stiffen. Immediately pour into greased pan.

Cool completely & cut into squares.

Serving Size: Makes approx. 24 1" pieces
