Pork Chili Pressure Cooker Stew

2lbs Pork Loin 1 packet Taco Seasoning1 large jar Pace Salsa, medium1 - 15oz can Dark Red Kidney Beans1 - 10oz package Mushrooms1 meduim onion, choppedsmoked paprika and cayenne pepper to taste (optional)
Place all ingredients in pressure cooker or slow cooker. After adding salsa, fill jar with water and add to cooker. Lock lid, bring to pressure and cook for approximately 1 hour, or until pork is cooked thoroughly and tender.
If using a slow cooker, cook on high for 4-6 hours, or until pork falls apart.
