Grain Free Chocolate Sugar Cookies

Ingredients
1/2 cup butter3 oz dark chocolate, melted1/2 cup nut butter1/2 cup steviva blend (sweetener to equal 1 cup sugar)pinch sea salt2 eggs, beaten1 tsp baking powder1 cup coconut flour1 tsp vanilla1/2 cup "add-ins" (not in nutritional info)OPTIONAL ADD-INS:NSA or Dark chocolate chipswalnuts, pecans, etc...smashed candy canemarshmallow bitstoffee bitsChewy dried bananaDried coconut
Directions
Cream butter. Add nut butter and dark chocolate. Mix well. Add steviva blend. Add eggs. Then add remaining ingredients.
*Add 1/2 cup of "optional" add-ins.*
Roll into a log approximately 2 1/2 inches in diameter and wrap in plastic wrap. Freeze until fairly firm. About 1/2 an hour.
Cut into slices approximately 3/8" thick and place on parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Allow to cool before removing from pan.
