Madelyn's Flan

Ingredients
14oz can of sweetened condensed milk14oz of whole milk4 eggs1 tsp of vanilla extract1 cup of sugar
Directions
Caramelize sugar. Pour into baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients in blender. Pour over sugar. Bake in a water bath at 350 until just set (a little jiggly in the middle but cooked around the edges. Let it cool then put in fridge for 5 hours or overnight. Run knife around edges and invert onto a plate. The caramel should run down the sides. Enjoy!
