Pasta, Ham, and Onion Casserole

Ingredients
Cavatappi (or pasta of your choice), 16oz boxCannellini Beans, 1 canPeas, 1 small canOnion, 1 large, choppedGarlic, 2 TbspOlive Oil, 1 TbspParmesan, 0.5 cupKraft Fat Free Mozzarella, 1.75 cupsHam Off the Bone, @ 0.5 lb.
Directions
Boil pasta

Chop onion

Saute onion, garlic, and olive oil
Add ham and let that cook a bit

Drain peas and beans
Add peas and beans to pan and mix in, cook a few more minutes

In a large (4qt) bowl, mix together pasta, contents of saute pan, and parmesan cheese

Pour into a baking dish
Top with mozzarella

Bake until the mozzarella is melted

Serving Size: Makes 8 servings (250 g)
