Ingredients
2 lbs ground turkey (browned)1 c. onion finely chopped (or 1 sm to med onion)1/2 - 1 c. celery, finely chopped2 - 8 oz. cans tomato sauce1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1/2 cup ketchup2 tsp. apple cider vinegar1/2 tsp. salt2 tsp. liquid smoke
Directions
Brown ground turkey with onions and celery. Add tomato sauce, ketchup and all other ingredients and simmer about 10 minutes.

Serving Size: makes 10 sloppy joes (1/2 c. per sandwich)
