Mexican Hot Cocoa

Ingredients
¼ cup vanilla sugar¼ cup brown sugar2 tbsp ground almonds1 oz grated good quality bittersweet chocolate (at least 70%)¼ cup Dutch-process cocoa powder1 tbsp toasted maca powder1 tsp cinnamon¼ tsp clovespinch cayenne pepper
Directions
Whisk together all the ingredients until well combined. Store in an airtight container.
Mix 1 cup milk (or almond milk) with 1 tbsp mix and heat, stirring, until steaming.
