Amish Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Amish Starter3 eggs1/3 Cup oil1/2 Cup Milk 1%1 cup packed brown sugar1/2 tsp vanilla1 tsp pumpkin pie spice1 tsp cinnamon1 1/2 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking soda2 cups flour1 small box pumpkin spice instant pudding (use vanilla if not available)1 cup canned pumpkin
Directions
Preheat oven 325. Large mixing bowl, add ingredients as listed. Grease 2 loaf pans.
Make a cinnamon sugar mix by combining 1/2 cup sugar and 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon. Dust pans with half of mixture. Pour batter evenly on top and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon sugar mixture. Bake for about 1 to 1 1/2 hours, or until toothpick comes out clean.

Serving Size: Makes 2 medium sized loaves (8 servings/each loaf)
